Interview
Entire process took 3 months. Multiple rounds scheduled with weeks in between and minimal communication from the recruiter. Somewhat disorganized process, interview questions were repeated at different rounds, at one point, I was asked to answer the same question with the same answer that was asked some rounds before. Some interviewers were not experienced at conducting interviews. After 4 rounds of interviewing (most interviews were 90 minutes long); was ghosted by Kaiser and the recruiter. Bullet dodged, it appears. If this is how little they value your time before you join - how will you be treated after ?

Question 1
Standard behavioral type questions. Same set of questions repeated for 3-4 rounds. Although later rounds were meant to be more technical, the questions were still quite generic.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very straight forward with situational based interview questions. They want examples for every situation they bring up during the interview.
If you use your daily experiences then you should be pretty good during this interview.

Describe a time you had to work with a difficult coworker.
My Interview was with the primary care team including Doctors, RNs, MAs. They asked great questions about strengths, weakness, etc. Also asked for specific examples for a time when you went above and beyond, made a mistake etc.
