I had an in person interview with two managers. Was asked behavioral questions and asked about previous experience working in a health care environment. Went well overall, easy questions. I also had to complete an online test about my computer skills.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a Recruiter and I went through two additional rounds of interviewing. In each round the organization and reporting structure was defined differently. By the time I got to the third round they weren’t even sure I was going to be reporting to the hiring manager that I originally interviewed with. It seems like they don’t really know what they want. They decided they didn’t think my questions were answered in detail enough and instead lowballed me on an offer. I declined.

On my third round the interviewer showed me PowerPoint presentations and asked me if I had done “this side of the triangle”.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Thornton, CO) in Aug 2021
Interview
I put in an application and then a few days later I got a link to do an assessment. After I did the assessment I got a call a few days later to do a virtual interview. The actual interview was with four other people. They asked four different questions. We were all asked the same questions however they switched the order so you didn’t know which of the four questions you would be asked next. A few days later I got an email with a job offer.
