I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Portland, OR) in Oct 2021
Interview
The process was a bit long which is to be expected from an organization as large as Kaiser. From applying online I was selected to take a personality quiz, which took close to a month if I recall correctly. I was quite honest with it which obviously didn't hurt me (there's a couple questions about if you're willing to ditch your family for work, for example). After that I had a brief chat over the phone with the hiring manager and asked to put together a presentation on a topic of my choice, and then finally a virtual interview via video call with the interview panel.
I did not get an offer which is fine, however I do find it quite annoying and unprofessional to be ghosted by the hiring manager after making it this far in the process. Unfortunately to be expected of employers when applying for jobs, but I feel like asking for a form rejection letter after doing multiple rounds of interviews is a reasonable ask.

I applied online. The process took a long time but i recommend that you follow up with your application. I got a phone called from Hr and took about 3 weeks to get the assesment test link, After assesment test then you would get a phone call for an interview. Follow up your application and be in touch with your Hr.
