Kaiser Permanente interview questions

I interviewed for child and family psychiatry at a few different Kaiser locations. Usually these interviews are with the department managers who ask expected questions about your background and clinical experience. They also often give you a vignette to conceptialize.

Formal but friendly. Job expectations and salary/benefits clearly explained. At least 2 separate interviews - one with hiring director and one to meet with site leaders and staff. Some interview questions included providing examples or clinical scenarios of difficult patients or work situations.
