I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Thornton, CO) in Aug 2021
Interview
I put in an application and then a few days later I got a link to do an assessment. After I did the assessment I got a call a few days later to do a virtual interview. The actual interview was with four other people. They asked four different questions. We were all asked the same questions however they switched the order so you didn’t know which of the four questions you would be asked next. A few days later I got an email with a job offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Easy Interview Process. Very Kind and understanding. Great follow up after interview. Easy questions to answer if you come with experience in the medical field. Eveything was as expected during the interview process.

Question 1
What do you know about our company?
Why should we consider you for employment?
What experience do you have in customer service?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview lasted about an hour and was a group interview of about 20 people. With COVID, I doubt that's the process. They ask situational-based questions in the interview. At a point, they had us pair up with someone and learn about them and then reiterate the information we had just learned about the person aloud.
