A complete waste of time. They knew who they were going hire but needed to fulfill their requirement to have finalist. It was multiple interviews and along the way the recruiter would congratulate me on making it to the next round and express how interested they were. However, the recruiter kept narrowing down to the same number. It became very obvious after they wasted a lot of my time, I was there as the comparative candidate for their internal candidate.
