Kaiser Permanente interview questions

It was a phone interview with Unit Director and the Asst Director. Most of the questions were behavior based scenarios, personal questions and job fit questions. It took about 30 mins, and then i asked couple of questions.

One 2 hour interview with presentation and separate sessions with manager and teammates. Given flexibility of what to choose for presentation topic. Separate sessions with manager helped to understand goals of the department.
