I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was over the phone, brief but to the point. They answered all my questions throughly. They wanted to know what type of patients I had seen in the past, and if it included post op.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
Submitted resume to employee referral, had a phone interview with the dept manager, then had to apply on the company website. Onsite 1st interview with 4 people individually, then came back for a second interview with manager and director. After getting the offer, had to complete drug test within 3 days.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview process itself was fantastic. However due to them using multiple temp agencies the actual hiring process is a bit chaotic.I was offered the position two days after the interview but the start date kept moving, and my agency didn't inform me of the correct day, so i had to scramble for the first day on the job.
