I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
I first had to pass a medical terminology test. Once passed, I had a panel interview that consisted of the manager, a senior rep and a HR stewardess. They asked me about 4 questions each. They were all your standard interview questions. Since they were reading it from a piece of paper, not a lot of eye contact was made.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Pleasanton, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
First a phone call with the staffing Agency, a very brief interview. The process with Kaiser involved, coming in on sight and talking to the lead one on one. The project was described and the requirements of the role. Mostly standard questions about previous projects were asked. A few technical questions here and there to test the skills required for the role. The results came back very fast as well.
