Kaiser Permanente interview questions

I received a call to setup the interview. I had the interview within 5 day. Day interview I showed up we went into conference room I was asked a list of questions like why should they hire me, what do I bring to the table and if I have reliable transporation to work.

Since I was an internal candidate, the position was for on-call. I was already a short-hour employee but due to commute, I was willing to downgrade. My manager called and asked if I was interested in the position and I said Yes.
