I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Fairfield, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I first got a call from a recruiter who asked me some questions based on education and experience. I then had to wait for my info to be sent to the local manager. She called me about 2 weeks later to come in for a formal interview. The Interview took about 30 minutes. It was with 2 managers but they were very welcoming. They didn't ask any hard questions, usually the basics- why should we hire you, what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses.
