I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
The process was the usual, except it went through a third party. I didn't think it added anything to the process rather made the closing more difficult. There was a phone screen and an in person interview that was really good. Overall the process was good.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Pleasanton, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Fairly straight forward process that moves fairly slow. First a brief conversation with staffing agency followed by a detailed phone conversation and culminating with a final interview. Started out as a critical immediate requirement, however the start date kept getting pushed for one reason or another. I started nine weeks later than the original proposed start date.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
First, I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn, then I scheduled a phone screen with the recruiter. After that, I had another phone call with the hiring manager, and then then was called in for an on-site panel interview with the local leadership team. Finally, I had a meeting with the site manager and the hiring manager. Then I got a verbal offer and then the recruiter sent me an offer letter.
