Interview
Initially contacted by phone to set up interview appointment. Asked some screening questions about basic qualifications. Used the opportunity to ask a bit more about history of the department. At the interview, after initial small talk, was asked to outline skills. Answered by providing specific examples that illustrated skills and successful completion of task. At the end of the interview, asked about next steps in process.

Interview
It was behavioral. Generally want to know why you are interested and why you are a good candidate. Just be yourself and act natural. They want to see you succeed. They care about personality a lot and want team-oriented individuals. In addition, they are interested in knowing your future career goals and aspirations. They also are interested in hearing about your experience with Excel and other financial metrics. At the end they ask you if you have any questions for them. You should definitely prepare a few questions beforehand--Why did you choose KP? or details about the position etc...

Interview
The first step after the application was a phone interview with the nurse recruiter (behavioral and company based questions). Once you moved on from there the 2nd step was a 5 person panel interview (behavioral and clinical based questions).
