Interview
II applied online. About 2 weeks later, I was then contacted by HR to review my resume and application. Once HR felt I met qualifications the application was sent to the hiring manager. 10 days later a interview date was set up for the following week. I had not been told that it would be a multi-person panel that would be present at the interview. Present at the interview were multi-disciplinary representatives including a physician, nurse, a person currently holding a similar position, a medical assistant, member of management and a person from HR. At the conclusion, they explained the next step and when to expect to hear back from them (7-10 days) which was accurate.
