I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Portland, OR) in Jan 2015
Interview
I applied online and received a call several day later. The person who was doing the prescreening was really friendly. They were very accommodating in finding a time to do a phone interview. I felt that it was a problem that I couldn't start immediately (couldn't give work two week notice). They wanted someone to start immediately after the next round of interviews.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Mar 2016
Interview
It was pretty easy going. They made sure I was comfortable. It was a phone interview. It was an hour long phone conversation and I was allowed to ask questions at the end. The interview went well, but I was not given an offer.

Question 1
What was would your least favorite professor say about you and what would your favorite professor say to you? How do you manage time? Why Kaiser Permanente? What are your future goals?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Walnut Creek, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
I was initially referred by a co-worker. I applied for the job and was eventually called in for testing. Once I passed, I was called in for an interview. Shockingly, there were only two people present for the interview - the person who would become my manager and the director. Probably a few days after the interview I was offered the position. This initial process took about two weeks, but there was a lot of back and forth about the salary so the entire process from interview to actually starting was about a month.
