I spoke to the on campus recruiter. I sent in my resume. They emailed me asking me to come in to the office. There was no phone interview. The interview was with a panel of 6 people. They were all very nice and the offer was extended about a week later.

Completed a screening interview with the INROADS regional director. After they decided I would be a good fit, was submitted to departments within Kaiser by recruiter. Did a phone interview with a department manager. The interviewer asked basic behavioral questions and questions specific to position and compatibility. Interviewer was very supportive and was interested in me as a person (interests, hobbies, etc.).
Once you get a manager interview, you hear rather quickly. Make sure you practice responses and become an expert on the position and how your skills and knowledge contribute to the position. There are a good number of applicants, so being confident in your potential in the specific position is key.

Interview
Picked up from the hotel by the recruiter. Met with CEO first then had a Group interview with a number of clinicians. They included the chief of service, other doctors, nurse and social worker, managers. List of specific questions provided by the company for each to comment on candidate's response.
