Kaiser Permanente interview questions

Panel interview, 2 supervisors, 2 charge nurses, 2 OB Techs. Each asked a question and wrote down my answers. It was a bit strange, no one offered to shake my hand before or after the interview. Interview only lasted about 10 minutes. Was told HR is taking a long time to process new hires & not to expect to hear anything for a while. They ended up giving the position to a former employee.
