I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Woodland, CA)
Interview
Very easy. The interview took only 10 minutes. I actually knew the supervisor who interviewed me from the previous company we worked for in the past. I believe they may be doing group interviews now.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Downey, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
A relatively short meeting (30 minutes) with a Supervisor and Department Head with several succinct questions regarding ability to perform potential job duties. As the job was not very technically challenging, most of the questions had more to do with personal efficacy and ability to stay on-board for the duration.

Question 1
Would you be able to execute these types of tests, would tedium bother you, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2012
Interview
Very corporate and by the book with minimal personal interaction. You could tell HR ran the entire question process and the manger hiring for role had little wiggle room. I don't care for this style as candidates simply have to have canned answers and you don't get to really know the candidates and the candidates don't get a sense of the company

All behavioral questions... Give me an example of a time..... Etc
