Applied in July, contacted in November, phone interview in December, face to face interview in January, told they'd get back to me in 3 days, 3 weeks later I'd still heard nothing, called them, was told they were still interviewing and it would be another 3 weeks, called 2 weeks after that, was told that the position was filled. By then it was February.

Standard questions-- what's your background, tell us a little about yourself, how would you handle a situation involving conflict, what's your greatest strength, in what area(s) do you need to improve, what would your friends/colleagues say about you, what is your experience working with ___ types of materials/programs/tasks, etc.

I was called on a Monday. She conducted a phone interview first, and told me more about the position. She asked me about my current position and why I wanted to leave. She also asked me what I knew about Kaiser Permanente and why I wanted to work for that company. By Friday I had my in person interview.

Interview
It was a panel interview. Started out as a big group then it's a process of elimination. I survived til the 3rd interview of the day. Questions are easy and straight to the point but the other candidates has more experience than me being only in my 3rd yr or nursing compared to their 10-15 yrs, and other candidates has masters and some are charge nurses.
