I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Initial phone interview with recruiter, written pre-screening questions, two in-person interviews and offer process. The questions were thoughtful and the people I met with were all helpful in selling the KP message to me, as well as the type of work I would be doing. The people really took the time to make sure I had a full picture of the job, the culture and expectations. I also liked the excitement people showed for the company.
