Group Interview of about 16 people and 3 managers. There was the get to know you stage where you had to introduce your Partner and then answering a random customer service question. Then there was the second interviews. It's pretty much just letting them know where you've worked and qualifications.

They made me feel comfortable under a stressful situation. I interviewed with 3 people and all 3 were kind and made me feel relaxed. They did not drill me with odd interview questions. They focused more on my previous experiences.

interviewed by 5-7 doctors. All of the doctors are very nice and questions are straight forward. No questions related medicine. Basically try to understand your living situation to help out the transition from residency program, previous working place or other states etc.
