Kaiser Permanente interview questions

Staff was congenial and honest. Staff was highly qualified and knowledgeable about the vacant position. They were concerned about the fit as much or more than qualifications. The job description was typical adding some irrelevant tasks and responsibilities. While they said I was qualified, some expressed concern about my lack of direct experience in health care. Age was probably a factor too.

Applied online & received a phone call about two months after! Scheduled an interview for the following Tuesday & got the job offer on Wednesday! Panel interview- basic interview questions!
