I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
Met with 3 people. A staff analyst, a senior analyst and a manager. the staff analyst asked questions that, frankly, had no answers unless you already worked at Kaiser. The senior analyst was more concerned about functional skills. The manager was evaluating for attitude. I told the staff analyst that I was coming up the ladder, not lateralling over; that seemed satisfactory. With the Sr Analyst I got into the nuts an bolts of how I would improve their current reporting processes. With the manager I spoke in general about the state of the industry segment and some of my previous assignments.
