Kaiser Permanente interview questions

After applying online, I was emailed by the hiring manager about setting up a phone interview. He was accompanied by one other individual during the phone interview. The questions were mostly related to why I was interested in the position. A few questions were asked about my technical skills. They also spent a significant amount of time answering my questions about the position. They were friendly and professional throughout the interview.

The interview process was relatively straight forward. I had a phone interview, and then a full day of interviews with a case study, and then another in person interview that were 1:1s.
