I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I completed the application and was emailed by a few positions I applied for to complete their assessment and medication testing. Once completed I got called for an interview for the Oncology Dept. I totally was not prepared for a behavioral type interview. It had been years for me. So needless to say, I bombed it! Got called a week later for another position but as a pediatric nurse which I have experience in. Talked to the recruiter for a food half hour on phone. She gave me many interview tips and made me feel a lot more confident. The following day I had an interview, it was only 3 ladies in the panel this time and they all were very pleasant. The feedback I received back from them was totally positive. The interview was almost hour long. I left feeling great!!

Question 1
How would you handle a situation that you had to present and support an idea that you didn't agree we?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
I had a three part interview process: First interviewed with Senior Manager and then his direct reports (the team of peers for the position). I was called back to interview with another Senior Manager in whose organization the consultant position would be working. Passed the first set great but the second Manager did not see me having sufficient executive presence. I was more relaxed with this second manager as I thought that I had already been approved to move forward as a viable candidate. I was wrong...as the second manager told me at the end of the interview that "they were looking at other candidates." :(
