Kaiser Permanente interview questions

Group interview included behavioral questions. Each person picked a question and answered in front of the whole group. Followed by an excersize where you interview another person and then present them to the interviewers. Those chosen to stay were then sat in front of two interviewers/hiring managers and asked several behavioral questions.

The process took probably two months. The only way to get an interview for most people is to be recommended by an employee, since they get about 1000 applications per opening. Interview was pretty standard behavioral questions. Be sure your application and resume are extremely accurate because the verification process is brutal.
