I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
Group interview, consisting of existing staff, and immediate two superiors. Started off with the normal, generic "behavioral" questions, but they seemed to have gotten bored with them quickly and veered off into more casual questions focusing on "does he/she fit with our cozy little group?".

Question 1
"Do you have a sense of humor?" With all of the job-search consultants in the entire universe cautioning you to be careful with including humor in your interview, being presented with the implication that you are being a bit too serious is a sad irony on the so-called expertise of the consultants.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
I interviewed in November, 2000. They had three administrators interview me and ask me several questions related to Psych Nursing in relationship to my experience. They asked about what I would do in different situations, and about different potential patients. They also discussed and asked questions about psych meds during the interview.

Question 1
Medication questions were the most difficult. Also, had to think fast about various situations that they gave and asked how I would deal with those situations.
