Kaiser Permanente interview questions

One week after phone interview got the on site interview. There are around 7 people to interview me on-site together and asked both behavior and technical questions.

I was able to get into the organization via an internal contact. It is very difficult to get a position at Kaiser without a referral. I had two interviews. The first one was with the director who asked me some experience related questions, but most of them were geared to determine if I'm a good cultural fit. Focus on collaboration and teamwork will help.
