Kaiser Permanente interview questions

Muti-layered, repetitive process. Phone interview w/ hiring manager approx. 3 weeks after application. Then, 3 question test. Then, panel interview with 9-11 people. Each layer involved answering very similar questions. Would have had 1-2 more interviews if had not withdrawn from process.

Group interviews are the most common. I interviewed with around 35 people for 3 openings. They sit you all in a room, pass around a hat with easy questions, and you stand up and answer. They also gave us 1 minute to learn about the person next to us, then pitch them for 2 minutes to the interviewers.
