Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your biggest failure and what did you learn from it?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2010
Interview
Very quick and easy process. I applied for a job, got a call the next day to set up an interview, interviewed the following week, and was told via email the very next day that I was hired. The interview was 1:1 with the department manager. It lasted about 45 min. Then the manager brought me to the department where I met the chief MD, charge RN and other staff. I spoke with them for about an hour. Overall it was a very informative interview and I was pleased with the outcome.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Have you ever had to deal with difficult physicians?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Mar 2010
Interview
I was interviewed by a team of peers and then alone by the manager. Questions were standardized. Since then I have sat in on other interviews and believe they are conducted professionally, giving clinicians case studies to comment on and present a treatment plan to address. The process was respectful. I cannot complain about any part of it but I had to wait 6 weeks to attend a new employee orientation and start.
