I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Jul 2011
Interview
Applied online in March. Contacted by HR for phone interview in late June. Interview went well. HR Consultant very knowledgeable about job and its responsibilities. Was able to answer pertinent questions about the position prior to the panel interview. Received call about panel interview a few weeks later. All staff on the interview were very pleasant and laid back. Gave very good information about the position and were very frank and honest regarding the challenges they faced and the direction they needed to take as a group. I really liked that. Was told that I would be contacted again if I was among the top candidates to interview with the regional group I would be sharing office space with. Could take another 2-3 weeks for that process, and they were ver yhonest regarding the slow pace of their onboarding process. Overall, I would welcome an offer from this company.

Interview
The organization has a prolonged interviewing process and force candidates to meet with managers across cities. Be prepared to offer counsel on real situations and take notes in preparation for future interviews. Becoming employed at KP will test your patience and you will find areas that are usually connected operate autonomously with little coordination of interviews.
