The process is long so be prepared to be patient. It took about 3 months from my first interview to when I got hired. One phone interview followed by several in-person interviews.

Interview
It was a group interview. They had us arrange ourselves by last name alphabetical order. They had a packet with how the interview would be conducted. We answered individually and worked in groups presenting our partners response. After the interview we waited while they reviewed our questions and resume to see if they had any further questions. The email stated allow for 2 hours but was there almost 4 hours.

Interview
Majority of the employees are hired through a temp agency. The background and drug test depends on the temp agency, however I’m sure majority have been urine test ... & they all require a intense background check, all job dates should be precise as possible or it can delay you starting.. possibly losing the position.
