I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA)
Interview
The interviews were done virtually. There were two interviews. 1 was a one on one and the other a group. The team I spoke with were well prepared regarding my questions about the job.
Phone interview with hiring manager and then panel interview with unit managers. They ask basic questions regarding experience and mostly about being a le to deal with labor union. They emphasize the difficulty of navigating union rules and policies. There was no call back, follow up or even a rejection letter. You just don't hear from them ever again.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
I got a zoom interview with the unit secretary and I think the other person was the manager. They asked a few questions and gave me 2 scenarios and wanted to know what i would do in those situations. I think one of them was, if a pt or family member complained about the care given by a coworker what would i do? They where both very nice and i am sure i am not getting the job just because my schedule is hectic due to school and my other job.
