Marriott International Event Manager interview questions

Marriott uses the STAR interview format. Be prepared to answer questions such as “tell me about a time when you had to work with someone and you didn’t get along with them” etc. STAR format is - Situation, Task, Action, Result Company is wonderful but like any other company, you have a few bad leaders. Which ultimately was the reason I left after working with the company over a decade.

A 30 minute phone interview of generic job questions that included an online personality test. Didn't go into job specific related questions but more so about situations and how you handled/overcame.
