easy phone interview then in-person panel interview. mostly behavioral questions which can be difficult or easy depending on which ones they choose and who is interviewing. The process they use is called STAR which stands for 'situation'- 'task' - 'action' - 'result'

Marriott works with a hiring company. Once you are selected you then receive a call from a recruiter, if you do well you are then contacted by a hiring manager who will ask a few general questions to get a feel for you. The last step is to meet with the manager(s) on property and go through the STAR process.

Its called S.T.A.R. questions: You get asked a question (situation based) and you must state what you did and what the result was. Its about 30 different questions they can ask

Very structured. Lots of questions. They want a very specific style of response called STAR- Situation, task, action, result. They want you to keep the answers concise and to the point.
