It was a face - face interview where I was ask the basic requirement of a housekeeper which in my response: A housekeeper is responsible for cleaning, maintaining interior and exterior surrounding of a building allocated to him or her.

The interview was chill. They have a great interviewer. If you want the job you need to be a good speaker. They prefer a bilingual employee, but isn’t a requirement.

Interview
All job questions will require you to give a specific situation to answer. A question I used often was, "Tell me about an instance in which a guest was mad and what you did to turn the situation around." You have to clearly state what the instance was. What you did in that situation and what was the result. If you don't hit all 3 points in each question you will look bad in the interview.
