Interview
The interview process was straightforward. There as an interview with the talent team, then a tech interview what a coding exercise and finally two other interviews with an engineering manager and the VP of engineering.
I manage to met interesting people working at Maze and what surprised me the most was how peaceful and how talented technically they were.
