Maze interview questions

I liked the overall interview process. It is focused on testing product-building skills rather than algorithmic thinking. First I had a short interview with HR. She was then very helpful throughout the process Second there was a tech interview where I was given a very simple data fetching task. It took about 15 minutes to implement, after that we had discussions on different topics Third interview was with company called Karat, they test basic programming skills. You can choose from multiple topics, like testing, frontend, etc. I really liked that. It does not fill like the interviewer wants to fail you when you have a choice of the topic on which to be tested on The final interview was with the CTO and it was more high-level. We were discussing how to implement a particular feature on the Maze platform

Applied with a set of experience matching the ad but was rejected with an automated email before interview. Negative review because this email was from a no-reply email address so no way of asking for feedback as to why I was rejected for a job I was apparently qualified for
