I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maze in Jun 2021
Interview
The first step was an informal chat with the recruiter, then I had a more technical interview with one of the technical leads, a Karat technical interview, and then a final chat with one of the founders. The whole process was very efficient and pleasant, communication was flawless. The whole team made a great impression and answered all of my questions. One of the best processes I've seen.

Question 1
Karat: a few semi-open technical questions from 2 categories that I chose (out of 5 available), then a leetcode-style programming task.
Initial recruiter call, live code test and chat with a tech lead, interview on karat and a final round with the CTO (all done remotely).
Everyone was hugely responsive during the whole process, and it really felt like a way conversations which was massive for me.

Question 1
Karat goes pretty wide with the questions. Iirc there were around 15 on various programming topics and then a final more CS style question around common ancestors.
