I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
Interview Rounds
Stage 1. 30 minute recruiter phone screen (purely behavioral stuff)
Stage 2. 45 minute product sense video interview
Stage 3. 45 minute execution strategy video interview
Onsite:
Another 45 minute product sense interview
Another 45 minute execution interview
One 45 leadership interview (straightforward behavioral interview)
Pretty straight forward interview process. Seems like unlike Google and many other companies, Facebook asks lots of Facebook specific product questions so definitely have a good understanding of what products and features do and don't currently exist on Facebook and Instagram.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Austin, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
A recruiter reached out regarding a role from a previous application I submitted. After the initial phone call, a call with the hiring manager was scheduled. After the hiring manager I was invited to an onsite with 4 other team members.

Question 1
If you had to launch a new product in China, what are some of the things you need to address? How would you address them? What data would you use? Why?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Face-to-face is a typical 4-6 person rotation with a high focus on technical collaboration. Encourage you to show (whiteboard) vs. just describe an answer or solution. The culture is very chill and they truly want to know what you know (don't be worried about how you dress etc). I found the interview questions to be normal, but they are looking for how fast you think and how well you work with other stakeholders.

Describe how you would launch a new hardware product (steps).
