I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Microsoft (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process consists of a single round, which includes three back-to-back one-hour interviews in a single day. One of the interviews will involve a demo of a Customer Success Delivery review. While the process isn’t overly difficult, it’s not easy to land the job either. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies is essential to succeed.

Question 1
How do you approach a customer that has a bad reaction with support
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft in Jun 2024
Interview
one phone call with a CSAM, and one loop interview with 3 professionals.
Terrible, the first phone call i have was not a recruiter or a HR, is a dude working at MSFT for over 20 years and he did not introduce himself at all, literally asked him at the Q&A and he shared he is a CSAM...When I asked when should i expect for the next step, he was like "I should have a answer for you but I actually don't know."
The loop interview is even crazier... It was set for 45 mins each, the last two interviewers who were CSAM are fine, but the first dude told me it's his first time being a interviewer, asking me questions for 12 minutes and it's done. Can you believe that? So I asked him some clarifying questions and asked about the jobs and we ended the interview like 26 mins. I was too stunt to even say anything.
