Application form followed by psychometric/critical thinking tests. You then do a video interview. If you get through this stage you are invited to their office to do a case study exercise. I was there for around 2 hours with 5 others. We received a brief presentation from Grad Rec and then had half an hour to read the case study. Then I was taken into another room to discuss this with an associate for half an hour. You then receive an email, if you are successful, inviting you to interview. This whole process was very quick. After having completed the video interview, I had received an offer in under two weeks. The interview was with two Senior Associates.
