Morgan Stanley Analyst interview questions

The attitudinal test is way to complicated and unuseful. The test consists in a similar day at the Company, You have to answer questions from the colleagues and do some short pratical test (e.g. Financal Statement Analysis and so on)

Very long process (15 interviewers), intial standard interviews (30 minutes each), quantitative questions/brain teasers and modelling test (structured finance), then 'gatekeeper' interviews with senior executives. Communication was good throughout process.
