Morgan Stanley Analyst Operations interview questions

Typical grad scheme recruitment process. I applied online, was sent psychometric tests to complete and then on to a telephone interview. I have completed quite a few telephone interviews and knew quite a lot about the role but for some reason didn't get passed this stage. Given it was early stages, no feedback was provided.

Not difficult. Group activity followed by two 30 minute interviews. The interviews were mostly behavioral and required being able to explain your resume well. Showing commitment to the role was very critical.
