Interview
The interview consisted with three individuals and happened in 2007, the executive director, vice president of the group, and line manager. The majority of the interview was with the VP of the group. The conversation with the ED was 5-10 minutes because the ED was very busy, and then another hour or so with the VP, and a quick introduction/ conversation with the line manager.

Since I applied to Ops the Ap -test consisted of verbal, numerical and a checking test. (cross-checking information).
Had a phone interview with general personality questions and questions on resume.

Interview
First round was very basic. Asked questions about previous work experiences and why I wanted to work at Morgan Stanly. Second round consisted of a group project and 3 interviews.It was all very basic. If you have solid responses and are a good team member you should get the job. It is not a very complicated interview process. For the group project we played with legos. We had to work together to rebuild a building that they showed us for 30 seconds.
