Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor Associate interview questions

Interview process took about 4 weeks. I applied online, and got an email a few days later to schedule a phone call. The phone call took about 30 minutes, asking why I was interested, was basically just to get a general feel of who I was. They said they would call back within a week, but never did.

Initially a call from the HR Recruiter, she went over more of the basic questions about previous employment and why Morgan Stanley. Then a call with the Business Development Manager, which he provided information on how the role worked and sent a business plan to be completed. Once they found the business plan to be sufficient, they followed by an in-person interview with the Branch Manager and Business Development Manager.
