Went thru about 3 rounds of phone calls. Probably spent a total of about 2 months time in between each of the calls. Probably spent about 2-3 hours on each round. I thought it went well but then…… radio silence, not even an automated email indicating that they would not be moving forward. I mean….. if it was just one 15 minute chat okay that’s fine, but I literally took off work to prep for one of the rounds. So the months go by and then all of a sudden, I get a follow-up call on the role almost a year later. I thought it went well again, well here we go again. Just radio silence. Reminds me of a nosy ex or a flaky side chick.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (South Jordan, UT) in Oct 2023
Interview
I applied online, I think I was sent a Hirevue after that. A few days later I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then completed a super day about a week later.
It was first a HireView video interview with then a Final Super day. The super day involved a 30 minute group activity, with then two 30 minute back to back behavioral interviews. Overall was pretty simple and easy.
