Morgan Stanley Operation Analyst interview questions

it was a video interview via Hirevue, comprising three verbal questions. Since I am applying for a position in Tokyo Office, I need to answer the first two questions in Japanese and the last one in English. By the way, although two of the languages, English and Japanese are necessary, the Tokyo Office values Japanese more than English, so that you must be able to speak business-level Japanese.
