NHS Adminstrator interview questions

The interview was about 30 mins long, with two people, on skype. Questions were focused on qualities and skills, and why I would be a good choice for the role. They also asked me for examples of times i've faced challenges and how i overcame them

Some questions were a bit tricky but they were patient & kind. I was a little unsure of how well it went but I was offered the job! Their interview process & even the application I found to be slightly more difficult vs corporate companies.
