I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NHS (Leeds, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
I arrive and get taken to a room where two interview panels are waiting a co-coordinator and a senior manager.I have been to be a few interviews for similar roles at the NHS and always find you have one member of the panel that tries to makes you feel comfortable and easy and makes an effort to make the interview process pleasant and the other panel member has a face on and shows no effort, no response to any answers you give to her questions,a little smile goes along way especially if you are a shy person and get nervous at interviews.Usually last 20 minutes.

Interview
I applied for an Admin job with NHS Amber Valley Recruitment Team. I was interviewed (bullied, intimidated, ripped apart) by the senior manager who constantly talked over me during the process, asked me specific questions and after giving my answer would tear my answer apart and make me look stupid and then respond by advising my answer should have been ... and quoted my exact answer I gave originally!!!! It was awful. She was on such a power trip it was unreal.

Question 1
The question was not difficult but if you see above comments box, the manager dismissed my answer but then repeated my answer as the model answer I should have given! I was asked if a patient phoned after sending a letter to attend an appointment with a specialist and wanted to know the reason for the appointment what would I say?
